Ketawa hotel is located in the peaceful historical Wat Kate area along the Ping River which is 15 minutes from the airport and only 5 minutes from the bus and train stations. Many sightseeing attractions, artist shop houses, restaurants and popular night pubs lie within a few minutes stroll of Ketawa. From the hotel, it is just 5 minutes walk to downtown. The moated old town is only a short drive beyond in Chiangmai area.
Ketawa is not one of the glamorous hotel but we stick to our very own concept of friends and family. We want our guests to feel comfortable as if they were at their own homes or their friends. That is why the lobby area is made similar to a living room with indoor part to rest from a long hot day and the outdoor part to breath in the cool fresh air under the tamarind tree on later afternoons. On this side we have a swimming pool. Even if it is an open air pool, because of the different floor level, it allows you to have more privacy and you can lay on your back anytime you wish.
